Juanita has two great rental units available.  “La Baja” is a one-bedroom, ground floor apartment with huge professional style kitchen and lots of room.  “La Arriba” is a three-bedroom, two-bath apartment that encompasses the entire top floor (plus rooftop patio with sweeping ocean view).  Huge kitchen and large dining and living rooms.  Seasonal or monthly is preferred for the Arriba apartment, one week minimum on the Baja one-bedroom.  Both are air conditioned and cute as buttons.  Weekly maid service.  Great rates!
