Besides our lovely sea front condo for rent at Villas Playasol, we also feature modern, hacienda-style lodgings in the downtown Riviera Maya village of Puerto Morelos, Mexico, one block from the square and two blocks from the beach. Our house for rent is set in tropical gardens surrounded by a tall, gated garden wall. We used ecological construction methods, with special concern for the mangrove forest. Nature lovers with enjoy the flocks of birds, army of frogs, and families of tejones (coatis) that call our neighborhood home. The fully furnished, air-conditioned second story Veranda Apartment boasts two bedrooms, full kitchen, microwave, dining area, tiled bathroom, air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet, security safe, large sitting room, and an breezy rooftop veranda. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a balcony that boasts a commanding jungle view during the day and the stars at night. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and big wooden closets. Appealingly furnished, it includes weekly maid service. Low monthly and weekly rates that include all utilities. This is a high quality, comfortable place to stay. We have two gorgeous rooftop units available with wireless internet. The ocean-view Sunrise Suite is a mini-suite that boasts a small sitting/dining area, kitchenette, large bathroom, and a spacious bedroom. Sunset Terrace is a generous double room with private bath and an expansive rooftop terrace with a sweeping jungle view. These breezy rooftop digs are very popular by the week, month, or season and are most often combined into a fantastic one-bedroom apartment. Stay a week or a few months in a lovely personal place! Our generous ground floor, air-conditioned Garden Apartment offers an extra large living room with cable TV, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, full bathroom, dining area, and washer and dryer hookup. It has two large bedrooms and boasts essentially the same floor plan as the Veranda. In the manicured tropical gardens there are two private tiled patios and secure gated parking. Handicap accessible. Available for long term rental only, furnished or unfurnished, at super great rates. No pets. Sorry. It’s taken for 2009. — Ask us anyway.
