Steps to the lap pool and a short stroll to the beach. It was such an attractive and comfortable condo we nearly bought for ourselves but the lucky owners beat us to the punch. Only one block from the beach, Juanita’s features two large apartments in a great big house. “La Baja” is a one-bedroom, ground floor apartment with a professional kitchen and great weekly rates. “La Arriba” has three bedrooms, two baths, huge kitchen, separate living and dining areas, front and back porches, and a rooftop patio with a fabulous view of the sea.
